| As reported with our last newsletter, we are pleased to bring to the notice of signing Management contracts by our good Partner Bremer Bereederungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG for 4 Supramax and 6 Panamax Bulkers, which requires employment of additional crew with bulk carrier experience as of 2010.

| 18.05.2009 Managing Director of NSC in Hamburg, Mr. Heiko Meyer and Head of Crewing Department, Ms Carmen Song arrived in Odessa for a general meeting with Manning Agent “Ukrferry Shipmanagement” and as well the invitation of all NSC Officers and cadets for a nice dinner in order to express thanks and good relationship.

New ferry deep-water port. Technical decision.

| Building of the new ferry deep-water port for availability of cargo operations of railway steamers such as m.v.“Geroi Shipki” in the area of eastern Crimea for increase efficiency of all ferry transportation was greatly restricted by peculiarities of the region itself.
