UKFM is specialized in Crew Management Services: Since many years we carry out manning of our own fleet & that of "third party shipowners" worldwide with qualified, motivated and well-trained Ukrainian seafarers of all ranks and for all types of vessels.

Presently UKFM acts as agent for several German owners, manning a fleet of modern full container- and multi-purpose vessels up to 3.500 TEU capacity. We select crews thoroughly to the satisfaction of our clients, always in strict compliance with STCW regulations and as per latest technical standards. ITF or NON-ITF packages are available.

• Control about proper qualification and certification of crews,
• Selection through experienced senior management staff,
• English language test through an interview combined with computer testing,
• Supply uniform outfit / working clothes of high quality as per client's request, aIn-house training on request.
