UKFM is specialized in Crew Management Services. For many years we carry out manning of our own fleet & that of "third party shipowners" worldwide with qualified, motivated and well-trained Ukrainian seafarers of all ranks and for all types of vessels.

Presently UKFM acts as agent for German owners, manning a fleet of modern full container- and multi-purpose vessels up to 5.085 TEU capacity. We select crews thoroughly to the satisfaction of our clients, always in strict compliance with STCW regulations and as per latest technical standards. ITF or NON-ITF packages are available.

Our Employment Contract covers following services:

• Highest pre-selection standards,
• Briefing / de-briefing of joining and repatriating of crews,
• Travel arrangement via own travel office,
• Medical examinations by own approved doctor when required,
• Implementation and follow-up of Drug & Alcohol Policy,
• Control of proper qualification and certification of crews,
• Selection by experienced senior management staff,
• English language test with computer testing,
• Supply uniform outfit / working clothes of high quality as per client's request, in-house training on request.
